In Canada, National Breastfeeding Week is 1-7 October, partly because of
the long week-end (first Monday in August is a civic holiday).
And although the theme is "Breastfeeding in the Information Age" this
year, some organizations have chosen to celebrate the International Year
of the Volunteer. (Here's an idea: combine them by talking about the
wide range of material and human resources available in your community.)
