Danone Waters of Canada is a subsidiary of Groupe Danone, maker of infant 
formula in Europe and violator of the WHO Code.  Thus, Nestle is out of the 
picture.  But you still have an infant formula company involved and a known 
violator of the WHO Code.  The particular bacteria culture used for this yogurt is 
the result of human milk research and the patenting of that particular 
component.  (I have previous posts to Lactnet on this yogurt and Dannon/Groupe Danone.)
