My daughter-in-law has had 2 bouts of plugged ducts after playing
basketball. I believe it comes from her arms rubbing her breasts and
stimulating milk production and not necessarily the "exercise."  In
addition to that, she is giving more and more bottles (aaaaargghhh) because
she's so "tired" after working and/or playing. And "I" just have to keep my
mouth shut. Being a grandma is wonderful - being a fanatical mother-in -law
is not. She's nursed 7 months so I guess I should be happy.
