Dear Fiona:

I just saw a mom this week who was not getting milk with her pump "all of the
sudden".  When I looked at it, she had water in both of the little "bubbles"
that are supposed to prevent milk backflow into the pump.  The problem was
easily solved by replacing the backflow valve (or whatever that gizmo is
called).
