Hi, Beryl!
The San Diego Foundation posts their monthly newsletter in PDF format on
their web site and alerts all on their mailing list when the new issue has
been posted. The alert lists the key topics and links to the PDF file. That
way the initial mailing is a very small file. Folks who want a hard copy
can easily print it out and those who are trying to save trees can just
read it on the screen. I've always been impressed with how well their
system works, and the alerts haven't yet been blocked by my spam blocker.
Would that work for you?
Diane
