Dear Friends and Colleagues, 
I would like to inform you that the International Centre for Innovation in Education (ICIE) is organizing its second international conference, entitled: "Excellence in Education 2009: Leading Minds Creating the Future. This conference will take place in Ulm, Germany (August 24-27, 2009).

We are inviting you to submit your abstracts and join our conference.
You can get a complete package for the conference. You pay (€900) including fees, accommodation (5 nights in Ibis Hotel), reception, local transportation, and two meals per day. I am telling you this in order to make planning easy for you. The same offer is available but for another hotel (Maritim*****) for about (€1200)
