The nice thing about a 'hidden' vote is how you vote isn't immediately
influenced by seeing how everyone else votes.

Years ago (eons?)  Charlotte did an exhibit on medical ethics issue.  There
were stations were you could answer questions, such as, "would you give your
child growth hormone, even if they were just a little short."  this, after
seeing lots of pro and con info....
