ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Assuming you're talking about exhibits rather than shows/demonstrations,
and that you're looking for entire exhibits rather than individual
components.... among numerous possibilities I'd offer up:

Body Worlds (traveling exhibit)(s)
Experiment Gallery and Cell Lab (Science Museum of Minnesota)
World We Create (Louisville Science Center)
Super Gravitron (Omaha Children's Museum)
Magic Wings Butterfly House (North Carolina Museum of Life & Science)

It's tough for me to say how "highly anticipated" they are (as a
certified geek, I highly anticipated all of them) but I certainly found
them spectacular.
