We use liquid Nitrogen for demonstrations and for discrepant events for
classroom programs.  Our demonstration is about 1/2 hour long.  We
probably use less than 2 liters for a demo.  Of course your actual usage
would depend on what you do with it.  We do not use it often enough to
keep a large tank around, instead when needed we visit the local
industrial gas supply and buy 5-10 liters (we have dewars of both
sizes).  We have found that it will last about a week inside the dewar.

We're looking to get set up with liquid nitrogen for demos and had some
questions:  How much do you typically use for one demonstration (and how
long is your demonstration)?  Do you have a storage dewar on site; if
so, what size works best for you?
