All four of our adult staff members (besides myself) are part-time hourly. We receive no insurance or retirement benefits, but we are paid vacation and holiday time for those positions that are contracted at 30 hours per week or more. Accrual of vacation is on a prorated basis, depending on the average weekly hours worked by a particular employee. We also have a sick leave policy in place. I will send our one-page information sheet to you via email.
