Hello. You've already received some good tips from Maria and Erich. The book
they mentioned is good; it's a bit targeted for art exhibits but you will
want to get a copy of it because it is quite thorough. I will send you a
note off-list with some additional thoughts as they come to me. It is a
complex task!

As Erich mentioned, managing a traveling exhibit program is a lot of work.
It sounds like you are already positioned to do this but you (or others on
this list) may be interested to know that we offer traveling exhibit
