Climate models with predictable and comparative results can now be more accurately compared to the recorded reality of what actually happened, with some sense of both fine temperature  and temporal resolution.  Overall, it looks like our models have been pretty damn good.  This of course is not good news, except for the folks putting the models together.  

Things are most likely worst than we thought with respect to climate change, at least that what the hard data suggests.
