ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************

I am seeking 3-4 people to join me in a session at the 2008 ASTC Conference
on 'Long-term Impact'. This will focus on educational impact which is a
major part of the mission of most science centres but is the hardest to
define and to measure.
This session which can be either a Panel or a Forum will address the
questions: what do we mean by impact, how do we measure long-term impact,
what do we look for or expect to see long-term, what are the issues, what
are the problems, what do prospective funders want to hear.

Please email me if you would like to participate and include a brief
statement of what you would speak about. Also indicate your preference for a
panel session or a forum.

Cheers, Sue Cavell.
