ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The basic problem with these types of solutions is that they add
"noise" to the environment as the ambient noise increases. Our best
success has been with very small speakers inside of handheld devices,
basically half phones, and they're cheap and reliable.
