Hi,

I have two robotics queries.

1. We want to have an exhibit where the visitors control a robot via
the internet. The robot will be accessible in the gallery but will be penned
in. Has anyone got a suggestion for a robot? I would like one that can move
along the floor but will use a robot arm if necessary. The robot will need
to be able to survive visitors wanting to smash it into a wall (eg have
sensors that can pick up objects) I've looked into Rovio but have come
across reviews that state that its battery only last one hour.

2. Our Paro robotic seal is reaching the end of its life. We would
like to replace it but want to look at less expensive options. The main
criteria is that the robot responds to being petted and that it is robust.
It doesn't have to walk.

Thanks in advance for your help.
