"No one ever flunked a museum,"

Interesting quote. Does it mean that nobody every gave a museum a failing
grade? Or that nobody ever received a failing grade from a museum
experience? It could be taken either way, though clearly they are two very
different meanings. The former is probably not true and the latter is a
better pedagogical statement.
