ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

I have found Community Walk easy to use. You can just upload a
spreadsheet using the template format and it will place the markers
for you. You can also add information and images to the markers. The
free service will provide a map with advertisements or you can
purchase an inexpensive membership for ad-free maps.
