I am the Volunteer Coordinator for the Lancaster Science Museum in PA.  We 
are not open yet but intend to open at the end of Jan 08.  In preparation for 
our opening, I am looking for anyone who has a training manual that I could 
use as a model so that I don't leave any important things out of our training.  I 
want to set the tone for happy volunteers in a way that clearly states the 
expectations in a positive way. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as it 
is fast approaching along with the holidays.
