Yes Bill, but some of us signed oaths declaring we would not trade in dug-up
artifacts. I am sure you understand the issue. I dont think it is a good
lesson for students reading HISTARCH to promote the trade in items dug up from
historic archaeological sites. Just reading the Ebay descriptions is fine in my
book, but bidding on looted items crosses the line. Spending money on bottles
fuels the motive for digging privies. This is no different than if you were a
member of a dry church and pledged not to drink (knowing full well the world is
full of drinkers).
