Bob,

All what you say is true for the Cabrillo College track, but most of the
students find themselves more qualified than people with B.A. and some M.A. level
practitioners and get very frustrated. Some go on and many have Ph.D.s from
this excellent program. But, unfortunately, many drop out because they have
families and can ill afford to go on the road as dig gypsies. Again, I recommned
you do a web search for American Cultural Resource Association (ACRA) to see
the real trade organization.
