Robert and everyone,

I was just told by CRC Press that the book by Smith and Ehrenhard is out
of print. I tried to order it for a class next fall at Northern Kentucky
University. If you have gotten a different response by CRC, please let
me know. They also said that they have none in stock.

Thanks,
