Some people might remember that the city archives in Cologne fell into the
tunnel for the new subway line a few years back (this was after a church
tower started leaning due to the same construction).

Now it seems that the Cologne Cathedral shakes when the subway goes under
(so it has to slow down), and it might take up to 30 years to restore the
damaged manuscripts, etc., recovered from the archive, but. there's no
money.

So it's not just a question of "Islamists."
