This is not an isolated problem:  last evening (20 April) at 20:02:14 I
received confirmation that a message "has been successfully distributed to
HISTARCH list (778 recipients)."  At 22:19:20 the Administrator signaled
that the "message is not deliverable." A few months ago another posting was
accepted for distribution, but seemingly disappeared into cyberspace and was
never seen.  What to do? (Could this have something to do with our defiance
of Helmes-Burton and the recent visit by our Prime Minister to Cuba?)
