Black Powder Containers

I have encountered several large black powder canisters on two sites in
Arizona and have not been able to find any information on them. Each one is
embossed with "HERCULES POWDER CO. MFR./WILMINGTON, DEL.U.S./25
LBS/EXPLOSIVE DANGEROUS BLACK POWDER".

Does anyone have any leads or info on dating these?
