In
nearby Malone, NY on Webster Street in the now demolished basement of
the Franklin Academy which was not allowed to be documented by an
owner three houses away with tunnel in her basement, that now blocked
off, the homeowner wonders where it went and her house has a historic
marker for a general or something outside

George, I am having trouble following your point here. You say there was a
dig in the Franklin Academy basement, right? But a homeowner three houses away
did not let the diggers document their work? And the female homeowner three
houses away has another tunnel in her basement that is blocked off? How does
this all fit together?
