Hi Alyssa,
I think you have a Homer Laughlin fragment. Its not transfer print but a decal. I've got Page et als. "Homer Laughlin Decades of Dinnerware" and see the same exact pattern on page 29. Since we go to Idaho together contact me off list and we can get together/lend you my reference.

Subject: Need help to identify ceramic

I'm an undergrad doing a research project for my Historic Artifact Analysis class.  The ceramic I'm trying to identify appears to be improved whiteware with a shell edge and a transfer print under glaze.  The print is a sparrow (perhaps) and pink roses.  Can you please help me to identify the manufacturer or any other information would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you for your time.
