They aren't called "cobbers" here, to my knowledge, but we have them in the States. I even own and
use one. Just didn't have a name for it, except "that roll thing you put in water with the
expandable cystals inside that keeps your neck cool."

Must be a sight, Dennis. Maybe it's the tartan, because most of my colleagues wearing one look
sweaty and grimy.
