Does anyone have any information on Blanke & Hauk? I have a milk
bottle with BLANKE & HAUK SPECIAL embossed on the base. Toulouse
contains no reference, and Giarde lists a Blanke Mfg. Sup. Co., a
distributor whose name appears on "early milk bottles." I assume
Blanke & Hauk is an earlier or later merger of the same company.
Local information suggests a possible use date of 1906-1916 plus the
usual overlaps for deposition lag. I would appreciate any help.

Another milk bottle base is embossed C. B. CO This is also
unlisted in either Toulouse or Giarde. It probably appeared in
roughly the same time period. Any takers on this one?

    Thank you in advance.
