Thanks for your suggestion.  I've already contacted Gener Rogge.  His work was
so long ago, he's not sure whether he'll have anything to contribute.  I
suggested "future directions of work camp studies" and he said he'd think about
it.  We'll see.
 
Hope that World Archaeology Congress is fun.

Nice to see you last week. The weather is still glorious up here, flowers
lasting and lasting.
The work-camp symposium sounds grand. I am going to miss these meetings (a
rare event) as I'll be at the World Archaeological Congress in Cape Town, S.A.
(!!!). I do want to recommend that you contact Jim Ayres and/or Gene Rogge
(Dames and Moore) in Arizona as they did the huge study of construction camps
there - numerous publications, contact me if you need references.
