The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking
 a qualified individual to fill the position of archaeologist.
This position is responsible for conducting or supervising
scientific archaeological studies to identify and mitigate
impacts to archaeological resources encountered within
proposed transportation projects. Master's degree from
an accredited college or university in anthropology,
archaeology, or related field; knowledge of scientific
archaeological research; and four years experience in
archaeological research is required.  Experience in
North America or the Midwest is preferred.  Work requires
regular, statewide, overnight travel. Please submit resume
