I bought the last one in EMS (Eastern Mountain Sports, Carle Place) recently
where I learned they're called "cobbers". You can wear them around your head
too. They were out of the bandana that repells insects even after 25
washings. A few years before. when the D.A.'s in Bronx County (NYC) ran 240
cases past our Grand Jury, I was the foreperson, in four weeks, I wore a
blue one.

Next door to the courthouse, they're building a new County Court system
building with a High School in it for people who might want to go into law
professions, start out a little early to become one of "New York's Boldest
or Finest or Bravest...". Across the street is a "suburban" looking
"shopping center" with one difference, they also can park underground. I
heard they're building an underground parking garage in Moscow in the river!
Will ease traffic congestion I imagine.
