Hello Listers,

Yesterday I composed my posting about the the new NEPA and NHPA Handbook
in a webmail program using plain text (not html) that does not show
hyperlink strings in my outgoing emails, so it is possible that a blank
space was accidentally included after the http://www.achp.gov/nepa106.html
link that I provided. If that's the case, and that was what caused some of
you to not be able to access the website by clicking on the link, one can
get around the problem by doing as Ernest did - right-click on the link
and select "save as" -- or by copying and pasting the entire link string
into your browser's address field.
