Its always a pain trying to export data from one database system to another.
I have had good luck with DBF format as it retains commas, and other
formatting fairly well (there's nothing that will keep the bold, italics,
etc.).  Databases tend to be, I think, underused in archaeology and bioanth,
and its nice to hear that someone (Pat) wants to use one and at least
understands the concept.  An Excel spreadsheet just doesn't always get it!
