     In addition to Terry Martin's article mentioned in one posting, there
     is his 1986 dissertation out of Mich State, which is available from
     University Microfilms International (UMI), Ann Arbor, and through
     Inter-Library Loan.
 
     Martin, Terrence J.
     1986 A Faunal Analysis  of Fort Ouiatenon, An Eighteenth Century
     Trading Post in the Wabash Valley.
 
     The site is near lafayette, Indiana.
 
     He also has a major fanual section in his coauthored work on the first Fort
 
     de Chartres in southern Illinois.
