There are the four books by Petra Williams:     STAFFORDSHIRE, the biggest;  
FLOW BLUE AND MULBERRY WARE;  FLOW BLUE  CHINA; and FLOW BLUE CHINA II.  The 
illustrations aren't the best, but lots  of them.
 
Then, there's BLUE-PRINTED EARTHENWARE 1800-1850 by A. W. Coysh.
