For the business or archaeology, I recommend joining the American Cultural
Resource Association (ACRA), which is meeting in Riverside, California this
coming September 30 through October 3 at the Mission Inn. This group includes
historic architects, historians, and even a few engineers tossed in to spice the
meetings. There is going to be a fascinating session on ethics this year. Other
topics include environmental law, business issues, and just plain comeraderie
between business owners. Pitch, what pitch?
