Hi Terry, I just had an idea for the Deetz book award - were you the one
who sent an email about that earlier? I'm reading Black Feminist
ARchaeology by Whitney Battle-Baptiste and I think it fits the bill in
spades. It is very readable and interesting and makes links between
personal, political, descendants and community. Published 2011.
