FYI, the State  of Alabama has opened a new job listing for archaeologists
interested in interpreting historic sites to the public. Application
Deadline closes soon, March 6, 2013.  The job classification is
ARCHAEOLOGIST, HISTORIC SITES OPTION. 

Site directors in Alabama interested in hiring this option, will only be
able to interview applicants from a list created in the state personnel
department.  That list is being created now, so anyone with an interest in
this type of job in Alabama, should apply now!   Here's the job listing:
