On behalf of the Local Conference Committee, I'd like to invite you to the 45th annual Society for Historical and Underwater Archaeology Conference.  The conference will be held January 4-8, 2012 in Baltimore, Maryland.  The Call for Papers is now open through July 10th and abstract submissions can be made online.  Visit http://www.sha.org/about/conferences/2012.cfm to view the Submission Guidelines.  A new addition to the conference is a blog which is updated regularly with important conference information and historical facts about Baltimore, http://shaconference.wordpress.com/.
