While I don't know if all of them are planned to be released, I have the
1st Symphony on the cpo issue. The work is quite noble, with an especially
engaging finale...an excellent recording.

The performance is respectful and played quite well. For me, respectful,
is not meant as a criticism...even if I prefer a performance that could
be more personal.

I have several works of his in my collection:

La Burla, suite
Cello Concerto
Lustige Overture
Symphony No.6
Quintet for Clarinet and Strings
and some piano music
and, his orchestration of the Hammerklavier

I find his music to be very well written even if the thematic material
isn't as inspired as Brahms. For me, his music is well worth exploring.
