I got a report that he died, but it's not on the NYTimes Webpage, so it
cannot be true...:)

Any confirmation out there, and memories? I remember his Mozart and
Schubert, in Switzerland, I think, but nothing otherwise.  He might have
been Hungarian-born, but I am not certain of that either.  (Speaking of
which, has anyone heard of my former classmate Zoltan Pesko lately?)
