William Russo: Three Pieces for Blues Band and Symphonic Orchestra, op.
50; Seiji Ozawa conducting the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra and the
Siegel-Schwall Band.  It was available at one time on DGG 447 235-2.  I
got my copy at Berkshire Record Outlet, which probably means that it's a
cutout.
