Steve Schwartz responds to Mitch Friedfeld:

Guilty. Gianni Schicchi is the only Puccini opera I don't like.

I love Il Tabarro and Sister Angelica.

Can't do bests that well.

"Best" single act: Tosca II; Turandot I

Most amazing: Boheme II.

Most dramatic scenes in no particular order: Card game in Fanciulla;
Scarpia's entrance; Tosca Te Deum; whatever the term is for the march
of the prisoners to the ship in Manon Lescaut;

Better stop before I get rolling.
