According to the Financial Times' International Arts Guide, we have in

New York Philharmonic: conducted by Bernstein and Mahler;
June 25 [that's 2002]

Meanwhile, the FT says, Zeffirelli offers "elephants and a whole ark of
animals" in his production of "Aida" in the Arena di Verona.
