I'm with Christopher Webber on this.  There's something ethereal and
remarkably subtle about that "Elizabethan Serenade" which has nothing
Elizabethan about it.  If you want to sample the work on the Internet
(and have RealAudio) despite limited frequency response, check out
http://home.clara.net/dkernick/vintage.htm, and clink on Ethiopia.
Binge's piece had a new life back about 25 years ago as the signature
tune for ETLF, Ethiopia's shortware Radio Voice of the Gospel station.
