David Harbin noted:

>I think Naxos is also releasing the Decca recording of Parsifal,
>live at Bayreuth opening night 1951. The stellar cast includes Weber,
>Windgassen and Modl.

This is in the most recent Naxos newsletter and which I use as the basis
for my posts about Naxos's offerings for the following month - anyone
can subscribe. Given that historical recordings don't seem to figure
much in posts, I assumed a low level of interest and have not been
including them, especially as a number are unavailable in the US for
copyright reasons.

Full details and some sound clips for new releases are usually available
at Naxos's site by the 1st of the month of release.
