There are in fact two string quartets by Moeran, and several CD recordings,
especially of the one in a minor (there's some disagreement about the
dating of them, but the one in a minor is usually called the first, while
the one in E-flat major is usually called the second quartet.) There's
a recording of both on Naxos, another recording of both on ASV, and a
recording of just the first on Chandos (and may no longer be available.)
I think.
