Peter Schenkman suggests:

I went a step further and found this:

http://www.schott-music.com/noten_fr_e.htm

selected "catalogues" and punched Schulhoff into the search engine. This
determines that the Concertino is indeed in their catalog, and for sale,
but with the Universal Edition imprint:

Study score, Philharmonia No. 533
Parts, UE No. 8709

and they list about twenty other works of all kinds for sale and for rent
as well.
