Joseph Sowa asks:

>Can someone reccommend a good recording of the Berg violin concerto?
>I have heard very good things and I want to see if they are true.

Indeed, this is a true master piece. The Seiji Ozawa (conductor) with a
magnificient violin (I don't remember his name and I'm not at home) better
than Boulez version or the old Karajan one... Ivry Gytlys, violin (an
older version that I don't know if it's available on cd (I have the LP) is
also remarkable. By the way, have you heard Lulu and Wozzeck? What do you
think about this incredible operas?
