Though not directly related to "classical" music, there's an interesting
event taknig place in Buenos Aires at july 7, 8 and 9:  the 2nd Meeting of
Choral Music Arrangers.  The meeting is organized by GCC (Grupo de Canto
Coral) and there are several guest composers and arrangers:  Antonio Russo,
Nestor Zadoff, Sara Santa Coloma, Victor Alarcon (Chile), Camilo Matta,
Guillermo Giono, Ricardo Mansilla among others.  There are seminars and
talks with composers, discussions on technical and musicological issues and
on editorial policies.  There will be also premieres of new arrangements,
many of them edited recently in score by Editorial GCC.
